Biography

Sue Perkins is an English broadcaster, comedian, actress, singer, and writer known for her work in television and radio. She became widely recognized through her long-running comedy partnership with Mel Giedroyc in the duo Mel and Sue. Perkins later co-hosted *The Great British Bake Off* from 2010 to 2016. She also presented the BBC Two quiz show *Insert Name Here* from 2016 to 2019 and made regular appearances on BBC Radio 4's *Just a Minute*. Perkins is known for her warm and witty style, and has established herself as a versatile and respected figure in British entertainment.
