Biography

Balraj Raghunath Dutt, popularly known as Sunil Dutt, was an Indian actor, film producer, director, and politician known for his contributions to Hindi cinema. Over a career spanning five decades, he appeared in more than 80 films and received three Filmfare Awards, including two for Best Actor. Dutt was known for his distinctive acting style and for using his films to convey meaningful messages. In recognition of his contributions to Indian cinema, he was awarded the Padma Shri by the Government of India in 1968, one of the country's highest civilian honors.
