Biography
Suzi Quatro is an American rock singer-songwriter, bass guitarist, and actress. During the 1970s, she achieved a series of hit singles that were more successful in Europe and Australia than in the United States, including the UK and other European countries where "Can the Can" (1973) and "Devil Gate Drive" (1974) both reached No. 1. Quatro's debut album, released in 1973, was also self-titled. Over her career, she has released fifteen studio albums, ten compilation albums, and one live album. Among her other solo hits are "48 Crash," "Daytona Demon," "The Wild One," and "Your Mama Won't Like Me." In the United States, Quatro is perhaps best known for her role as bass player Leather Tuscadero on the popular American sitcom "Happy Days."
