Biography
Tamron Hall is an American broadcast journalist, television talk show host, and author known for her work in news and daytime television. In September 2019, she launched her self-titled syndicated daytime talk show, which has earned her two Daytime Emmy Awards. Prior to this, Hall served as a national news correspondent for NBC News, a daytime anchor for MSNBC, and co-host of *Today's Take*, the third hour of the *Today* show. She also hosted *MSNBC Live with Tamron Hall*.
In addition to her network television roles, Hall has contributed to investigative programming. She hosts *Deadline: Crime* on the Investigation Discovery channel and, in the summer of 2016, the network premiered the TV special *Guns on Campus: Tamron Hall Investigates*, marking the 50th anniversary of the tower shooting at the University of Texas at Austin.
