Biography
Teruyuki Okazaki was a significant figure in Shotokan Karate, holding a tenth-degree black belt. He founded and served as chief instructor of the International Shotokan Karate Federation (ISKF). Okazaki contributed to the development of karate instruction by participating in the Japan Karate Association's instructor training program alongside Gichin Funakoshi and Masatoshi Nakayama. His efforts played a role in the global spread and standardization of Shotokan Karate.
