Tracy Spiridakos

Tracy Spiridakos is a Canadian actress best known for her role as Detective Hailey Upton in the Dick Wolf series *Chicago P.D.*, a position she held for over seven seasons.

She was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, to parents of Greek origin. The family relocated to the Greek town of Skala, near Sparta, when she was four years old, and returned to Canada when she was nine. Spiridakos strongly identifies with her Greek heritage and is fluent in Greek. She attended Oak Park High School in Winnipeg and graduated in 2000.

In 2007, Spiridakos moved to Vancouver to pursue acting and quickly secured her first television role in a minor part on *Supernatural*. She continued working in television and earned her first starring role in 2009 with *Majority Rules!*. She made her feature film debut in 2011 with *Rise of the Planet of the Apes* and also appeared in the low-budget thriller *Kill For Me*, co-starring Donal Logue and Katie Cassidy.

From 2012 to 2014, Spiridakos portrayed Charlotte "Charlie" Matheson on the NBC post-apocalyptic science fiction series *Revolution*. She later guest-starred on the critically acclaimed series *Bates Motel* before joining the cast of *Chicago P.D.* at the conclusion of its fourth season.
