Biography
Travis Andrew Knight is an American filmmaker, animator, and former rapper, known for his work with the stop-motion animation studio Laika. He has directed several of the company's films, including *Kubo and the Two Strings* (2016) and the upcoming *Wildwood* (2026). In addition to his animation work, Knight has directed live-action films such as *Bumblebee* (2018) and *Masters of the Universe* (2026). The son of Nike co-founder Phil Knight, he has received three Academy Award nominations for his contributions to film.
