Biography

Troy Darnell Vincent Sr. is an American sports executive and former professional football player who served as the NFL's Executive Vice President of Football Operations. Over his 16-season NFL career, he played as a cornerback for the Miami Dolphins, Philadelphia Eagles, Buffalo Bills, and Washington Redskins. Vincent played college football for the Wisconsin Badgers and was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2023. He was named a preliminary nominee for the Pro Football Hall of Fame class of 2012 on September 28, 2011, in his first year of eligibility, and remained a nominee in subsequent years.
