Vanessa Nicole Marano is an American actress known for her work in television. She has appeared in various TV movies and series, including recurring roles on Without a Trace, Gilmore Girls, Malcolm in the Middle, Ghost Whisperer, Scoundrels, Grey's Anatomy, and The Young and the Restless. Marano gained wider recognition for her role as Bay Kennish on the Freeform series Switched at Birth, which she portrayed from 2011 to 2017.
