Biography
Victoria Dillard is an American advocate for Parkinson's disease research and a former television and film actress. She is best known for her role as Janelle Cooper in the ABC sitcom *Spin City*. Dillard also appeared in the 1988 Eddie Murphy romantic comedy *Coming to America*, where she played one of the royal bathers, and in the 1991 action thriller *Ricochet*, in which she portrayed the wife of Denzel Washington's character.
