Vladimir Alexanderovich Zharkov is a Russian professional ice hockey right winger who plays for Traktor Chelyabinsk in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). He previously played in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the New Jersey Devils. Zharkov was selected by the Devils in the third round of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft.
