Biography

Yoann Lemoine, known professionally as Woodkid, is a French music video director, graphic designer, composer, and singer-songwriter. He initially gained international recognition for his work as a music video director before transitioning into a recording career. His debut EP, *Iron* (2011), and his first studio album, *The Golden Age* (2013), marked the beginning of his success in the music industry. Woodkid has also contributed his talents as a composer for various media, including the films *Desierto* and *Death Stranding 2: On the Beach*, the video game *Arcane*, and the Paris 2024 handover sequence at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic closing ceremony. His diverse body of work spans multiple creative fields, showcasing his versatility as an artist.
