Biography
Yigael Yadin was an Israeli archaeologist, soldier, and politician. He served as the second Chief of Staff of the Israel Defense Forces and later became Deputy Prime Minister of Israel from 1977 to 1981. Yadin was also known for his contributions to archaeology and his role in Israeli military and political history.
