Biography

Zachary Joseph Horwitz, known professionally as Zach Avery, is an American former actor, film producer, and convicted fraudster. In 2021, he pled guilty to securities fraud for orchestrating a Ponzi scheme that defrauded investors of $227 million. As a result of his criminal activities, Avery was sentenced to twenty years in prison in 2022.
