Shalkar, a former investigator in major crimes, has been retired for some time and is attempting to lose himself in alcohol. His quiet routine is interrupted when a police officer approaches him for assistance with an ongoing investigation. A serial killer has emerged in the city, employing a method of operation that closely resembles that of a murderer Shalkar had previously captured in the 1990s.
