Synopsis
An unexpected ice storm hits Austin, causing weather-related emergencies and disruptions. Meanwhile, Owen faces the consequences of the 126 closure, as Tommy, T.K., and Gillian adjust to new jobs, and Judd and Grace prepare for the arrival of their first child.
