Synopsis
As an arctic cold front and ice storm disrupt Austin, Tommy, T.K., and Gillian attempt to rescue a boy trapped under the ice of a frozen pond. Meanwhile, Judd and Mateo work to free Paul from a dangerous situation, and Owen takes bold action to save a man who has been stabbed and abandoned.
