Synopsis
A heated argument between Owen and a rude police sergeant sparks public outrage and increases friction between the police and fire departments, prompting Owen to challenge them to a softball game to resolve the conflict. At the same time, Grace faces competition from a talented new call center operator who transfers to her shift.
