Synopsis
Captain Strand discloses to the 126 that he has been collaborating with the FBI to dismantle a domestic terrorist group through his motorcycle club, The Honor Dogs. He and Owen race to the State Capitol to neutralize a bomb threat and thwart the terrorists' deadly plans.
