Avilio returns to the Lawless district seven years after his family's massacre and reconnects with an old friend, as they both begin to navigate a changed world and new circumstances.

A lavish wedding is held at Don Vanetti's mansion for his daughter Fio and Ronaldo, but tensions simmer beneath the celebration as the family grows increasingly uneasy. Strained relations with the Orco family escalate, especially for Vanno, who is consumed by anger over his friend's death. Meanwhile, Nero devises a plan for retaliation against Fango, enlisting Avilio as a key player.

Avilio begins his revenge plot, but his plan is jeopardized when the body he needs for his cover story goes missing, drawing suspicion from Nero, who threatens him to retrieve it. At the same time, Fango also searches for Serpente, raising questions about what occurred during the unknown hours.
