In Tokyo, there is a district known as Velude Way, recognized for its performers and theatrical groups. Izumi Tachibana, a former stage actress, arrives with a letter that states, "Full of debt! Zero customers! Only one actor!" The letter outlines the current condition of the once-popular theater group, Mankai Company. Her role is to restore the company to its former success as the new owner and chief director.
