In the year 2050, time travel is made possible through a mechanism known as Alice. A prophecy emerges, suggesting that time travel may soon come to an end. As a result, You Min Hyuk and Yoon Tae Yi are sent back to the year 1992 to investigate the origins of the prophecy. During their mission, Tae Yi discovers she is pregnant and chooses to remain in the past, changing her name to Park Sun Young. She eventually gives birth to a son named Park Jin Gyeom, who later suffers from mental health issues due to radiation exposure. In 2010, Sun Young is murdered by an unknown assailant. A decade later, her son Jin Gyeom embarks on a mission to uncover the truth behind his mother's death. During his search, he encounters Yoon Tae Yi, a physics professor who bears an uncanny resemblance to his mother. The fates of these individuals become entangled in a tragic web of time and space.
