AMAIM Warrior at the Borderline

In 2061, Japan is under occupation by multiple foreign states, as the world has been divided into four major trade blocs. The Japanese archipelago has become a central battleground, with its people enduring constant occupation and oppression. Humanoid war machines known as AMAIM patrol the streets. Amō Shiiba, a young and introverted boy, meets an autonomous AI named Gai, and his acquisition of the AMAIM unit Kenbu sets him on a path to reclaim Japan. Gashin Tezuka, a 16-year-old member of the Japanese resistance, is a reserved and direct pilot of the AMAIM Ghost, driven by a desire to avenge his father.
