An Oriental Odyssey
Ye Yuan An is the daughter of the Assistant Minister of Revenue during the Tang Dynasty. With a penchant for solving mysteries, she takes on the role of an amateur sleuth, often finding herself in a competitive dynamic with Zhao Lan Zhi, a police officer who is focused on fulfilling his duties. Yuan An is aided by Mu Le, a young man she rescued from danger and subsequently took in as a family servant. However, Yuan An faces a new challenge when she uncovers Mu Le’s true identity.
