Angel's Last Mission: Love

Yeon Seo receives an invitation to the 20th anniversary celebration of the Fantasia Cultural Foundation. While out walking, she overhears Seung Hwan speaking to a doctor on the phone and inquires about receiving a cornea donation. Dan coincidentally runs into Yeon Seo and watches her closely.

Dan visits Yeon Seo to retrieve his handkerchief, while Yeon Seo attends a party at Fantasia, where she feels pitied by those around her. On her way home, she and Seung Hwan are involved in a car accident that Dan witnesses.

Dan's attempt to save Yeon Seo leads to divine retribution, as his actions defy his godly duties, putting him at risk of being erased. At the same time, Seung Hwan dies in a car accident, allowing Yeon Seo to receive a cornea transplant he had arranged with her beforehand.

Kang Woo becomes the new artistic director of the Fantasia Ballet Company and delivers a harsh critique to Ni Na. He announces Yeon Seo as the lead ballerina, and Dan is hired as her secretary, struggling to cope with her difficult personality.

Yeon Seo encounters Dan and sees his wings, but misinterprets the situation, believing him to be a pervert. Meanwhile, Dan suspects Kang Woo of wrongdoing after he enters Yeon Seo's home, and Kang Woo meets Ni Na, where she reveals signs of distress during their dinner.

Yeon Seo and Dan visit a columbarium, where it begins to rain again, prompting Kang Woo to suggest she dance, which she declines. She later learns that Kang Woo saved her during the accident. Meanwhile, Ni Na's family visits Yeon Seo's home to celebrate her recovery, causing her to become angry.

Dan is arrested after Yeon Seo reports him for breaking into her home. A video of Yeon Seo shared by Ni Na on social media sparks widespread public discussion. Kang Woo informs the Fantasia board that Yeon Seo will hold a press conference to announce her return.

Yeon Seo meets Dan at their first encounter spot and asks for his help in walking independently, misinterpreting his intentions as romantic. As Dan supports her efforts, he also encourages her to spend time with Kang Woo. Yeon Seo eventually walks unaided to a press conference, surprising Yeong Ja.

Dan kisses Yeon Seo just before it starts to rain, and he quickly leaves her. Yeon Seo vows to Kang Woo that she will regain her fitness within a week, while Ni Na confesses her feelings to Kang Woo, who turns her down. Dan later asks Yeon Seo to move on from their brief moment together.

Kang Woo questions Dan about his feelings for Yeon Seo, prompting Dan to ask Hu whether an angel can love someone other than their deity. Hu responds by recounting a past story of an angel who fell in love with a human 15 years earlier. Meanwhile, Yeon Seo continues to train despite injuring her foot, and Dan attempts to intervene, only to be confronted by her question about whether he has ever liked her.

Kang Woo encourages Yeon Seo to perform at Fantasia's Night to prove herself as the leading ballerina. Dan gets a driver's license to work as her secretary, though he is a poor driver. During the event, Dan watches over Yeon Seo to ensure her safety.

Yeon Seo causes a disruption during Fantasia's Night, leading sponsors to resist her return to the competition. Dan suspects the situation is staged, while Yeong Ja pressures Yeon Seo to transfer control of the foundation. Dan advises Yeon Seo to step back to avoid further complications.

Dan insists that Kang Woo cannot leave just yet. Yeong Ja organizes a meeting with the sponsors, and Yeon Seo attends to apologize to them. At the same time, Kang Woo threatens the ballet theatre members with dismissal if they miss tomorrow's rehearsal.

Yeon Seo participates in volunteer work at a sanatorium to demonstrate her commitment to the corps. She proposes that Kang Woo hold an audition for the role of "Giselle," while Ni Na seeks assistance from Elena. Meanwhile, Kang Woo discovers that Dan is an angel.

Dan resigns from his position as a secretary and departs from Yeon Seo's home. Hu begins to suspect that Kang Woo is not entirely human. Yeong Ja advises Kang Woo to resign from the audition panel, which he agrees to, provided that the dancers evaluate each other during the competition.

Yeon Seo struggles to cope with her feelings for Dan, affecting her focus during ballet rehearsals and prompting concern from Kang Woo. After drinking, she visits the spot where she first met Dan, while Dan himself tries to uncover a memory tied to a recurring dream, eventually regaining a lost recollection.

Yeon Seo has a vivid dream about her childhood friend, Seong Woo, and returns to the island where they first met, only to learn from the villagers that he died many years ago. While there, she meets Dan, and the two begin to interact.

Dan assures Yeon Seo of his return, while Kang Woo offers his support, though Yeon Seo warns him not to overstep. At the same time, Yeong Ja and Ru Na attempt to gain the dancers' allegiance, and Dan, growing wary of Kang Woo, enters his home without permission.

Hu discovers Kang Woo's secret past as an angel who fell in love with a human, while Yeon Seo presses Dan for the truth about what he's been hiding. Kang Woo learns that Ru Na and Yeong Ja have purchased votes from the corps, and Yeon Seo prepares for her audition by rehearsing her dance with Dan.

Dan explores the possibility of an angel becoming human while Ni Na and Yeon Seo deliver strong performances during an audition. Afterward, Kang Woo tells Yeon Seo he has something to say to her at a restaurant, while Dan attempts to reveal his true identity to her as it begins to rain.

Yeon Seo suffers memory loss after an incident on the rooftop of a ballet theatre. Kang Woo suspects Yeong Ja and Ru Na of involvement in her kidnapping, but they deny any knowledge. Meanwhile, Dan, concerned for Yeon Seo's safety, instructs Yu Mi to enhance security at Ivy Mansion.

Yeong Ja discovers Ru Na's involvement in Yeon Seo's near-death incident, while Ni Na announces her intention to become Yeon Seo's understudy. Suspicious of Dan, Yeon Seo secretly enters his room, while Dan learns that Kang Woo is the angel who once fell in love with a human.

Yeon Seo recalls her kidnapping and questions Dan, who confirms he is an angel. Yeong Ja warns Ru Na against making secret plans, while Yu Mi and Yeon Seo discover that Gwang Il's phone is tapped.

Dan inquires about becoming human, and Kang Woo reveals that Yeon Seo's death is necessary for his transformation. Meanwhile, Yeon Seo receives a confession from Gwang Il, orchestrated by Yeong Ja, and Kang Woo warns her that Dan will vanish due to her affection.

Yeon Seo convenes an emergency board meeting to announce that Yeong Ja, Ru Na, and Ki Chun will be leaving Fantasia, despite Ru Na's plea for forgiveness. Meanwhile, Dan seeks an answer from the deity, but receives no response.

Yeon Seo and Dan visit the park where they first met for a picnic, with Yeon Seo expressing her desire to marry Dan, believing it is the only way for them to be together. Dan accidentally falls and sustains an injury that does not heal as expected, leading them to suspect it may be a sign of his transition into a human. They decide to wait for a rainy day to confirm if the change is real.

Dan defies divine orders by proposing to Yeon Seo, while Elena encourages Ni Na to harm Yeon Seo in order to become Giselle. Hu issues a final warning to Dan and Yeon Seo, but they ignore it, and Dan also warns Ru Na not to hurt Yeon Seo.

Kang Woo tells Yeon Seo that Dan's existence depends on hers, leading her to consider sacrificing herself to save him. Ni Na declares her independence from her family, angering Ru Na, while Dan and Yeon Seo prepare for their wedding and express their commitment to each other.

Ki Joon Soo attempts to kill Dan, but Hu intervenes to save him. Yeon Seo informs Kang Woo that she will no longer perform due to the limited time left for her and Dan, a conversation Dan overhears and reacts to by urging her to continue dancing. Dan and Yeon Seo later discover Hu's report at the church, revealing his true emotions.

Ru Na attempts suicide in prison and is hospitalized, but she later escapes and infiltrates the theater on the day of Fantasia's performance. Yeon Seo aims to present the most beautiful Giselle to impress the deity, while Ni Na tries to stop Ru Na from disrupting the event.

Yeon Seo collapses after her performance, prompting concern from those around her. Yeong Ja and Ki Chun visit the police station, where Ru Na remains preoccupied with whether Ni Na will perform the role of Giselle. Meanwhile, Dan tries to spend time with Yeon Seo at the hospital, but his time is limited, and Yeong Ja and Ki Chun arrive to offer their apologies.

Yeon Seo returns home with Dan in what turns out to be a dream, where he encourages her to move forward without him. After waking from a coma following Dan's disappearance, she struggles to cope and experiences recurring hallucinations of him.
