Angels of Death

Rachel wakes up in the basement of an abandoned building with no memory of how she got there or who she is.

Rachel is rescued from an assault by Danny, who claims to be her doctor, when Zack intervenes. She begs Zack to help her die, and he reluctantly agrees, beginning a search for an escape route with her.

Rachel meets Eddie, a mysterious figure associated with the building's lower levels, who asserts that he has knowledge about her parents and her presence in the facility.

Zack and his companion find themselves on Floor B3, a stark, cell-like area with white walls and iron bars. When Zack attacks the locked door with his scythe, they are immediately confronted by intense machine gun fire.

Rachel discovers the key card needed to escape the poison gas room, but Zack accidentally breaks it while handling it. As the hourglass signals their time is up, toxic gas starts to fill the room.

Zack, having injected himself with a dangerous drug to proceed with their plan, begins to experience violent impulses. As his control slips, he warns Rachel that he may become a threat to her.

Zack, weakened after inflicting a severe injury on himself, is unable to move, prompting Rachel to venture alone into the dangerous B2 floor in hopes of finding medical aid.

Rachel goes to Danny's floor with Gray, a priest, in hopes of finding something to help Zack. Gray informs her that she must complete a series of trials to gain access.

Danny, presumed dead by Zack after an encounter on Floor B5, reappears and proposes a dangerous trade: Rachel's eyes for medical treatment for Zack's injury. At the same time, Rachel locates Zack's room on Floor B6 and takes the knife he had requested.

Rachel, armed with Zack's knife, embarks on another search for Danny in hopes of obtaining medicine to stop Zack's bleeding. She is once again transported by pink smoke into a disorienting alternate reality where the line between illusion and truth becomes blurred.

Gray claims to be closer to divinity than anyone and sentences Rachel to be burned for her actions against the floor masters. As she is crucified, Rachel denies being a witch and begs Zack to end her life.

Rachel follows a trail of blood to what seems to be a living room on Floor B1, but she becomes terrified and begs Zack to kill her before collapsing. Danny then appears and locks Zack out, challenging him to uncover the truth if he wants to be let back in. Zack begins searching the floor alone in an effort to learn what has happened.
