Anything for Love

Helena is an independent woman with strong emotions. She is not only a dedicated mother but also a close friend to her daughter. The daughter is going through difficulties in her marriage to Marcelo, who has rekindled his interest in a former girlfriend. Marcelo's mother dislikes Helena and would prefer to see his marriage end. Helena begins a new chapter in her life when she falls in love at first sight with Atilio, whom she marries. Despite her poor health, the daughter wants to have a baby, believing that fulfilling her husband's dream might save their marriage. As fate would have it, both mother and daughter become pregnant at the same time, each giving birth to a son.
