Synopsis
Thea is arrested for using a drug called "Vertigo," which leads Oliver to enlist the help of his former lover and Vice officer McKenna Hall in an effort to find the dealer, "The Count," and prevent Thea from going to jail. Laurel takes on Thea's defense in court, while Felicity shares troubling news regarding Moira's health.
