Synopsis
A young woman dies after taking the drug Vertigo at Verdant, prompting Detectives Lance and Hilton to inform Oliver and Tommy of her connection to the drug. As Vertigo-related violence escalates following The Count's escape, Oliver and Diggle set out to find him. Meanwhile, Tommy takes drastic measures to prove his innocence after incriminating evidence surfaces, leading him toward an unforeseen direction.
