B: The Beginning

Keith returns to the RIS to investigate a violent double murder linked to "Killer B," while a mysterious group hijacks a military vehicle and goes on a destructive spree.

The RIS begins investigating a death that seems connected to Killer B, despite Keith's skepticism. A second body is discovered, prompting the team to conduct surveillance at an upscale party.

Kaela works to stop a poison gas release as the threat grows imminent, while Keith takes Boris on a high-speed pursuit of Koku and another gang member outside the city.

Koku and Keith visit the Royal Library, each with their own purpose. Later, Lily goes to Keith's apartment to share her insights about the Killer B case.

The team deals with the aftermath of an attack on one of their members, growing suspicious of an internal betrayal. Meanwhile, Koku uncovers the true identity of Canopus.

Koku agrees to meet Keith at a temple after their tense rooftop confrontation at the hospital, while Keith becomes the prime suspect in a murder investigation.

Minatsuki authorizes an assault on Koku, but Keith steps in to defend him. Meanwhile, the RIS is presented with an ultimatum.

The RIS responds urgently to a crisis, while Keith faces off against Gilbert at the abandoned Jaula Blanca site. Meanwhile, Koku battles Laica in a fight to survive alongside Yuna.

Koku is surprised when Kirisame, a childhood acquaintance believed to be dead, reappears and urges him to join a movement aimed at establishing a new world order.

Kirisame's subordinates coerce Koku into committing an act of violence against a senator, leading him to subsequently break into the royal palace.

The royal palace withholds full cooperation from the RIS investigation. Lily and Koku leave to gather more information about Keith's disappearance.

Keith's friends work to pinpoint his location as he begins to suffer the effects of prolonged hunger, growing increasingly desperate as time becomes their greatest obstacle.

Koku, Izanami, and Yuna are ambushed by Kirisame's subordinates, forcing them into a sudden battle. Meanwhile, Lily is stopped by authorities while driving with the king.

As the RIS continues its chase for Killer B, Koku takes refuge in hiding, but Kirisame tracks him down for a decisive showdown.
