Synopsis
Takagi develops a new story concept called *One Hundred Millionth*, in which people are ranked by ability, and Hattori praises the idea, making Mashiro question her own artistic abilities. Although the story is selected as a finalist, it does not win an award or receive an honorable mention. Later, a classmate, Ishizawa, criticizes Mashiro's art, claiming it is dragging down Takagi's work, which leads to Takagi confronting and punching him.
