*Band of Brothers* chronicles the experiences of the men of Easy Company, drawing from interviews with survivors, as well as their journals and letters. It follows them from their paratrooper training in Georgia through the end of the war. As an elite rifle company, they parachuted into Normandy early on D-Day morning, participated in the Battle of the Bulge, and witnessed the horrors of war. The men of Easy experienced extraordinary bravery and extraordinary fear, becoming the stuff of legend. The series is based on Stephen E. Ambrose's acclaimed book of the same name.
