A group of heroic Maximals tracks a faction of ambitious Predacons to an unfamiliar planet.

Dinobot challenges Optimus Prime for leadership of the Maximals, leading to a confrontation that is interrupted by a surprise attack from the Predacons.

Cheetor is ensnared by Tarantula in a web of deception and subjected to painful manipulation.

Optimus Prime delays the Maximals' deployment of a Predacon detection system due to a severe storm, but Cheetor, eager to prove himself, proceeds with the setup. He is struck by lightning, which mysteriously sends him to the Predacon base.

During a Predacon assault, a mysterious stone circle with unusual energon activity is triggered, drawing an alien probe. As Optimus Prime investigates, he is unexpectedly disintegrated, causing the Maximals to argue over leadership while the Predacons ready for the next move.

Terrorsaur discovers a floating mountain of energon and transforms to robot mode to collect a sample, only to be supercharged by it. Empowered with new abilities, he turns against Megatron and plots to overthrow the Maximals.

A Maximal stasis pod crashes in the northern region, prompting Optimus Prime to respond, but Megatron ambushes him, nearly killing the leader. Deprived of a flyer, the Maximals hurry to reach the pod before the Predacons can reprogram the inactive robot inside.

Optimus Prime begins to doubt Rattrap's loyalty after a series of Predacon ambushes that result in the loss of a stasis pod, and sends him into enemy territory to search for energon. Rattrap is captured by Terrorsaur and makes a surprising offer to defect and join the Predacons.

As the Predacons plan an attack on the Maximal base by digging a hole beneath it, Dinobot unintentionally triggers the Maximals' new defense system, which has not yet been programmed to distinguish allies from enemies.

Optimus Prime is infected by Scorponok with a virus intended to instill fear, but instead it drives him into a violent, battle-fueled rage. Overcome with fury, Optimus launches a solo assault on the Predacon stronghold.

Rhinox discovers a Cybertronian probe entering the star system but cannot communicate with it due to interference from energon fields. To establish contact before the probe departs, he must construct a more powerful transmitter, requiring him to venture into hostile Predacon territory to obtain the necessary materials.

The Maximals observe the Predacons through a hidden camera and witness a violent power struggle between Terrorsaur and Megatron, resulting in the Predacons' apparent self-destruction. Believing they have won, the Maximals investigate the base and find no signs of survivors, planning to return to Cybertron with valuable parts from the abandoned Predacon ship.

Rhinox escapes a Predacon ambush, prompting Megatron to use Tarantulas' experimental reprogramming device on him, converting the Maximal into a Predacon. Expecting Rhinox to aid in conquering the Maximal base, Megatron is surprised when the reprogrammed warrior appears to have different plans.

Megatron creates a clone of Dinobot in beast mode and sends it to deactivate Sentinel, while Terrorsaur captures the real Dinobot and traps him in a cave.

Rhinox discovers a damaged stasis pod containing a protoform while exploring unclaimed Predacon territory. He attempts to activate the DNA scanner to save the protoform's spark but faces technical difficulties. Time is running out to restore the scanner and prevent the protoform's spark from failing.

Tigatron stumbles upon a floating island featuring a massive central obelisk, which emits a powerful energy blast that incapacitates Waspinator and Terrorsaur. Impressed by its power, Megatron orders Scorponok and Blackarachnia to retrieve it.

Optimus Prime and Rattrap rush to an island to help Tigatron and the injured Airrazor, while Scorponok and Blackarachnia head toward an ancient obelisk.

Tarantulas disrupts the Predacons' and Maximals' computer systems to intercept a stasis pod and claim its protoform. When Blackarachnia discovers his plan, she insists on joining him, complicating his scheme.

The Predacons steal the Maximals' rectifier-coil, disabling the Axalon's Energon shielding and forcing the Maximals to stay in beast mode. As their time in organic form increases, their mental states begin to shift, drawing them closer to the nature of their animal counterparts.

A Predacon assault triggers a massive Energon explosion, temporarily disabling a group of Maximals' optic sensors as they struggle to navigate their way back to base.

During a violent storm, the Decepticon Starscream, in the form of an immortal spark, takes over Waspinator's body. He convinces Megatron to allow him to lead an attack on the Maximal base, claiming it is unguarded, though his true intentions remain uncertain.

Rhinox is infected by a Tarantulas virus that causes him to expel raw energon through sneezing, draining the Maximals' power reserves. Optimus Prime dispatches Dinobot and Rattrap to find a cure, leading them into Tarantulas' underground domain.

Tigatron accidentally detonates a Predacon ammunition depot, triggering an avalanche that results in the death of a feline companion. Emotionally overwhelmed and disillusioned by the constant conflict, he decides to leave the Maximals and strike out on his own.

Inferno locates a golden disk concealed within a luminous mountain, prompting Megatron to reconsider his priorities and propose a truce with Optimus. At the same time, Tarantulas becomes increasingly determined to abandon the planet.

An alien ship arrives and abducts Airrazor during her investigation. Optimus and Rattrap attempt a rescue, while the Predacons remain nearby, prepared to end the ceasefire.

The spacecraft departs, revealing the second moon's hidden role as a weapon capable of destroying planets. Upon returning to the Axalon, Optimus and the others discover Rhinox and Dinobot offline, with mysterious spiders found in the ship's lower levels.

The destruction of the alien machine triggers a quantum surge that alters the planet and some of the robots, including Optimus Prime, who sacrifices himself in the explosion. Megatron, now in a more powerful transmetal form, seeks to eliminate the Maximals before they can regroup.

The episode introduces a new type of Transformer capable of transforming into a hybrid of two animals, expanding the possibilities of their alternate modes.

Rattrap, Cheetor, and Dinobot struggle to defend the Axalon from a Predacon assault while Rhinox searches the Matrix for a glimmer of hope.

Megatron assigns Tarantulas, Blackarachnia, and Quickstrike to construct an Energon refueling station, but the Decepticon spiders' internal conflicts and devious tactics hinder their progress.

Dinobot is captured during a scouting mission and unexpectedly requests to rejoin the Predacons, presenting a golden disk as evidence of his loyalty.

Airrazor and Tigatron activate an ancient alien structure while exploring the planet, prompting the Maximals to rush to their aid as Tarantulas also arrives, intent on stopping the aliens' scheme.

Following the energon surge, the Tarantulas establish a protective shield around an alien construct and enter it with Megatron and Quickstrike. Meanwhile, Optimus and Rattrap attempt to find a way inside, while the other transmetalized Maximals return the injured Rhinox and Dinobot to the CR chambers.

Cheetor finds a massive stasis pod housing Protoform X, a Maximal experiment with an indestructible spark that became unstable and violent. A Predacon attack sparks a battle over the pod, triggering an energon storm that damages Blackarachnia and Silverbolt, stranding them while Protoform X begins to awaken and seek a target.

Dinobot encounters an opportunity to restore his tarnished reputation when he witnesses Megatron trying to manipulate history with information from a surviving golden disk.

A series of earthquakes reveals a damaged stasispod containing a bizarre, barely sentient robot with formidable weaponry. Though dismissed by others, Silverbolt and Rampage each perceive a connection with the strange machine.

As a transwarp wave from a previous explosion approaches Cybertron, the Maximals believe it signals an impending rescue. However, the Predacon leaders, wary of Megatron's instability, intercept the wave and dispatch a secret agent to eliminate him discreetly.

Megatron is captured, but the Decepticons' energon reserves are too low to return to Cybertron. As Ravage interrogates Megatron for possible sources of more energon, Primal questions Silverbolt about his connection to Blackarachnia, prompting the Fuzor to leave in search of her.

The Maximals successfully destroy the Predacon transwarp cruiser and repel their attackers, but the conflict escalates as Megatron sets his sights on the exposed Autobot Ark, which holds key figures destined to shape the history of Cybertron.

After recognizing that the Maximals were essential to her creation, Blackarachnia turns against Megatron by activating the Ark's defenses and expelling him from the ship. With the Maximals beginning repairs and the time storm slightly receding, Optimus Prime's fate remains uncertain. Megatron, determined to ensure his victory, mobilizes his forces to tip the balance in his favor.

The Maximal Depthcharge encounters a temporal disruption while searching for Protoform X and is transported back to the Beast Wars era, where he confronts Rampage, with whom he has unresolved conflicts. Both warriors are determined to settle their past, regardless of the consequences.

With the Ark's parts insufficient for building defenses, the Maximals send Rattrap underwater in a small capsule to recover Sentinel from the wreckage of the Axalon. However, Megatron also seeks the artifact, and with Rampage and Depthcharge battling in the area, the conflict escalates and puts everyone at risk.

Two young cave-dwellers become separated from their families during an assault by Megatron's advanced transmetal raptor clones. Optimus Prime drives the raptors away and entrusts Blackarachnia and Cheetor with guiding the children safely home.

Megatron uses a blank protoform and a fragment of Rampage's spark to create a Dinobot clone enhanced with Transmetal 2 technology. Cheetor and Depthcharger attempt to sabotage the experiment, but it activates during the confrontation, resulting in an explosion that ensnares the cat in the blast.

Cheetor, struggling to control his temporary transformation into a transmetal 2 being, attempts to conceal his condition, causing his teammates to believe he has been attacked and mutated by an unknown force.

Blackarachnia, frustrated by the lack of trust, flees after learning that Optimus and Rhinox plan to remove her Predacon programming, fearing it could render her mindless, only to fall into a trap set by a Dinobot.

Megatron begins constructing a disruptor ray to disable the Maximals, requiring an organic lifeform to complete the shielding. He kidnaps one of the cave-human children for this purpose, prompting Rattrap and Depthcharge to mount a rescue mission.

Blackarachnia tries to use the Transmetal Driver on herself, but instead of transforming her, it begins to break down her Predacon programming, causing her to lose control and become increasingly unstable. Without intervention, she risks losing her identity entirely.

Optimus Prime is infected with a remote-control device from Tarantula, allowing Quickstrike to manipulate him. Meanwhile, Megatron seeks the original Megatron's spark, believing it will grant him the power to match an enhanced Optimus.

The Vok aliens dispatch Tigerhawk to Earth to prevent Megatron from interfering with time, but he crashes at the Predacon base, prompting a hostile response—particularly from Tarantulas.

Inferno, Quickstrike, and Waspinator search for a new colony while Megatron uncovers Tarantula's hidden project to reactivate a massive Decepticon warship responsible for shooting down the Ark.

The Maximals face devastating attacks as Megatron deploys the powerful weapons of the Nemesis. Optimus Prime directs an urgent effort to launch the Ark into the air in a bid to escape the onslaught.
