Synopsis
Oga returns after his defeat by Tojo to find Hilda and the imperial doctor, Forcas Rachmaninoff, along with his assistant Lamia, examining Beelzebub's mysterious illness. Forcas identifies it as King Fever, caused by Beelzebub's attempt to harness excessive demonic power, which also severed his bond with Oga and created a new connection with Tojo. Oga attempts to restore the bond through a treatment involving a drug that sends him into a dream world, where he encounters Beelzebub. After a lengthy process, Oga awakens, rebukes Lamia, and expresses determination to fully reclaim Beelzebub's connection.
