Chen Boyun, a rookie lawyer, made a commitment at a young age to work diligently toward social justice and to seize every opportunity to advocate for it. In contrast, Fang Chang, an experienced lawyer, has shifted his focus to cases requiring quick resolutions and no longer invests personal feelings into his work. When Chen Boyun becomes Fang Chang's intern and personal assistant, conflicts arise as they clash over differing views on what constitutes the best interests of their cases.
