Universal Theatrical Group and Working Title Films have selected four young actors to play the title role in the West End and national tour of Billy Elliot The Musical. The boys were chosen following a global search. The selected performers are Spencer Collins from California, and three from England: Noah Mannion and Rafferty Smale.
