Synopsis

The Commodore uses his influence to interfere with alcohol shipments, allowing Owen to prove his worth to Nucky and a financially troubled casino. At the same time, Margaret is haunted by a letter, Nucky seeks help from the U.S. attorney general, Meyer and Lucky face the consequences of their authority, and Lucy looks for ways to alleviate her isolation.
