Synopsis
Nucky and Owen arrive in Belfast to negotiate with IRA leaders, proposing a trade. In Atlantic City, Jimmy and his partners strike a deal with George Remus for his alcohol supply and later attend the Dempsey fight. Meanwhile, Margaret becomes increasingly worried as Emily's health deteriorates, a strike is organized at the Ritz by Dunn Purnsley, Waxey Gordon takes action against Manny Horvitz in Philadelphia, and the Lathrop brothers question Halloran about Nucky's history.
