Synopsis
Nucky and Owen take a liquor thief into custody and spend the night evading federal agents with him. Meanwhile, Mickey makes a strategic decision without Eli's approval, angering Rothstein and setting off a chain of events that will affect Nucky and Gyp. Elsewhere, Margaret meets someone unexpected while promoting women's health classes, and tensions rise in New York and Chicago as Lucky negotiates with Joe Masseria over drug distribution and Capone's conflict with O'Banion escalates.
