Synopsis
Osuka Kamakura is kidnapped along with Himawari as part of a ransom scheme. Upon discovering that Osuka is the daughter of the Hokage, the ringleader begins considering ways to exploit her for greater benefit. At the same time, Kawaki works to find Himawari and Osuka, aided by Kae and Neon Asakusa.
