Synopsis
Mr. Whiskers causes chaos while trying to install a skylight, prompting Brandy to criticize his lack of planning. Seeking advice, he visits Ed in the Forbidden Swamp and acquires a second head that is intelligent, polite, and charming. Though the new head is well-received by others, Mr. Whiskers begins to question his decision.
