Madina Taburova, an ex-terrorist presumed dead, arrives in Helsinki seeking political asylum. Intelligence Agency officer Mari Saari, operating under a fake identity, is tasked with befriend her to determine her motives. To uncover the truth, Saari must team up with an older, streetwise narcotics officer. However, the situation proves more complex than it initially appears.
