Episode 102— The Cross on Pony's Hill

Synopsis
While traveling to the Graytown construction site, Candy's train is stopped by Tom's cows, and he warns her not to go there, claiming it's dangerous and that Mrs. Pony is seriously ill. To steer her away, he helps her get a horse to Pony's Home, but upon arrival, Candy is misled by a cross she believes marks Mrs. Pony's grave. She later learns from Sister Mary that the cross was made by Bob, a local boy who creates them as an outlet for his emotions and to emulate his carpenter father. Mrs. Pony is actually healthy, and Tom's warnings were a ruse to keep Candy from Graytown.
