Synopsis
With Margot absent, Candy struggles to manage both her duties and those of the missing cook, while realizing that Belle cannot remain in Graytown without a guardian, prompting Nelson to plan a trip to Chicago to find her a foster family. Meanwhile, Eliza's scheme in Chicago fails as Arthur remains at large and Archibald discovers her in his room with his mail. Candy is tasked with finding a foster home for Belle, though Belle believes she is going to see her mother. Archibald and Annie arrive to help with cooking until Margot returns, and Candy convinces Belle to return to the construction camp, though Belle is restless and sneaks away.
