Synopsis
Anthony and Candy continue to communicate despite a ban on their contact, using a carrier pigeon and later a balloon created by Alistair to send messages. Aunt Elroy initially opposes Anthony's desire to join a rodeo but is eventually convinced otherwise. Anthony goes on to win the event.
