Carole & Tuesday

Fifty years have passed since humanity began its migration to the new frontier: Mars. It is an era in which most cultural content is produced by artificial intelligence, and people generally accept their roles as passive consumers. In the sprawling metropolis of Alba City, a girl named Carole struggles to make ends meet while pursuing her dream of becoming a musician. She often feels a sense of emptiness, as if something is missing in her life. In the provincial town of Herschel City, another girl named Tuesday, born into a wealthy family, also dreams of becoming a musician, though those around her fail to understand her aspirations, leaving her feeling utterly alone. A chance encounter brings the two together. Both share a desire to sing and create music. In each other, they find the possibility of success. Though their efforts may begin as a small ripple, it has the potential to grow into something far greater.
