Chief instructor Ant Middleton and his team subject celebrity recruits to a series of physically demanding challenges. One recruit collapses during a mountain task, while another struggles severely with the harsh cold.

Celebrities are paired together for a high-stakes challenge that tests their trust and teamwork as they participate in a dangerous free fall abseil. They must rely on each other to succeed, leaving behind their usual celebrity comforts and proving they can work as a team.

Under increasing stress, one recruit breaks down and makes a poor choice that jeopardizes another's position in the program. Following a tense chase through the Chilean countryside by a military pursuit team, the recruits face interrogation.

The remaining celebrity recruits must endure a grueling final challenge at the El Morado glacier, located 3000 metres above sea level. What began with a dozen participants has been reduced to just a few who are still capable of completing the demanding course.
