Synopsis
A severe heatwave overwhelms the body, leading to dangerous symptoms such as high fever and impaired cooling. As the body struggles with heat stroke, its defenses weaken, allowing Bacillus cereus to thrive. The normally effective neutrophils are now incapacitated, raising concerns about how to restore balance and prevent further damage.
