Synopsis
A man is critically wounded and found with diluted heroin in his car, prompting Antonio to investigate a pattern of similar murders involving adulterated drugs, with narcotics detectives—some with distinguished records—emerging as potential links. Meanwhile, Stone is reluctant to include Nagel in the investigation due to her personal ties to the victim.
