Synopsis
Goodwin and Dr. Choi struggle to care for an uninsured young woman showing HIV symptoms without overburdening the hospital. Meanwhile, Natalie and Will investigate the cause of a young girl's progressive paralysis. Noah faces his first patient death as a resident and takes responsibility for breaking the news to the family, while Sarah increasingly avoids work due to growing concerns about hospital security.
